Inter Milan has announced the signing of former AC Milan and Sampdoria defender Daniele Dimarco on loan until the end of the season.
The 28-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Sampdoria, will be making his return to Serie A after two seasons away from the Italian top flight.
Dimarco is expected to play a key role in helping Inter improve their defensive performance, which has been a major concern this season.
In recent years, Inter have struggled defensively, conceding more goals than any other team in Serie A this season.
